Pros
Good pay and benefit. Covers training and is encouraged for certification exams once a year (good luck finding the time to study with all the work you’ll be getting).
Cons
Little to no on-boarding for new employees. Company fails to keep track of assets, employees’ accomplishments and credentials even after years. Too many company policies to understand and follow/ find. Employees are over worked and may also be under reported due to confusing timesheets that are not available at times. Company constantly fails to keep track and sometimes fails to meet the promises to their customers. Chaotic and confusing ticketing system. As management including HR fails to keep track of their employees and their accomplishments and certification their reference letter to you will only be 2 to 3 lines on a piece of paper noting that you’ve worked there and for how long.
