Pros
You get deployed to literally any tech stack. There is no proper career growth here. One day you will work in Langchain, next day they will ask you to fix some issues in java project.
Cons
Not open to listen any feebback. They will not give more than 2 to 4% hike. They will ask you to work on multiple projects, while supporting internal POCs. Company culture is negative. HR and Admin department is the weakest link.
