as I've noted in the title above, it's not just another software company. It's a unit of well being people which you can inspire and be inspired from, and although you won't make the highest salary it's very beneficial in terms of work/life balance. The employees feel very comfortable in terms of freedom of speech and pluralism, as everyone of the small management team is an open minded individual. Apart from that, they are always trying to implement the latest technology in Cellex's product and encourage the team to suggest new methodologies and ideas.

Salary is not the highest but it's more or less aligned with mid-range level in the industry.

Cellex is a warm and welcoming working environment. It provides its employees a combination of both technical challenges hand in hand with a friendly, family-like, atmosphere.

Too minor to mention and list... Yet, a higher efforts contribution of management as well as employees would have most likely contribute to a bigger business success.
