It's a unit of well being people which you can inspire and be inspired from, and although you won't make the highest salary it's very beneficial in terms of work/life balance. The employees feel very comfortable in terms of freedom of speech and pluralism, as everyone of the small management team is an open minded individual. Apart from that, they are always trying to implement the latest technology in Cellex's product and encourage the team to suggest new methodologies and ideas.
