Pros
Great manufacturing capabilities and network. Amazing on-boarding program. IT department and technology is top notch!
Cons
Leadership lacks experience and vision. They make one product and while the rest of the industry has moved on to the next generation of product (made using the same equipment) they insist on sticking with a dying product. We were forced to dedicate time and effort to "the current initiative" only to move on to the next initiative days or weeks later. The work we did never got used and the time invested was a total waste. This is true for annual goals and growth initiatives. Leadership blames the sales team for losing accounts routinely caused by quality or service failures. They don't connect the dots on the backside - no one ensures that those involved learn from mistakes to make certain it isn't replicated. No R&D department. Engineering staff is amazing but its a small staff and they have no time to develop new products. Leadership expects to grow the business using only a 50-year old product that's in its final phase of the product life cycle and has become the low-price alternative.
