Pros

I loved my coworkers and enjoyed chatting with them. The type of work was fairly consistent. Decent raise plan. Awarded for working through the Covid-19 pandemic. There WAS a casual clothing policy. I don't believe this is the case anymore.

Cons

The company offered no assistance or route for personal growth. I felt stuck after a year with no end in sight. Management disregarded my suggestions to improve processes related to my position. Pay was competitive and in-line with market rates, however you were expected to expand into other areas, the work was high-stress, and ultimately was not worth what was offered. You CANNOT make any errors or they'll use every bit of it against you. No solid information system to onboard new employees. Everything was passed down orally by the supervisor, and then coworkers, which often led to confusion on how to perform specific parts of a task. The workload was manageable but varied on a day-to-day basis, which meant either extremely busy or extremely slow days. Supposedly, things have only become busier with time with little changes made to the processes and protocols of the company.

There is a lot of thoughtful information here. Our Sales Coordinators are at the very core of customer service, and their accuracy directly effects customers. We also understand these positions can be stressful and work closely with the HR and Customer Experience Team to enhance capacity and create a more consistent work environment. Thank you for your suggestions. Your review has been forwarded to the department manager. Bruce Rollins Senior Corporate Recruiter

Pros

Great manufacturing capabilities and network. Amazing on-boarding program. IT department and technology is top notch!

Cons

Leadership lacks experience and vision. They make one product and while the rest of the industry has moved on to the next generation of product (made using the same equipment) they insist on sticking with a dying product. We were forced to dedicate time and effort to "the current initiative" only to move on to the next initiative days or weeks later. The work we did never got used and the time invested was a total waste. This is true for annual goals and growth initiatives. Leadership blames the sales team for losing accounts routinely caused by quality or service failures. They don't connect the dots on the backside - no one ensures that those involved learn from mistakes to make certain it isn't replicated. No R&D department. Engineering staff is amazing but its a small staff and they have no time to develop new products. Leadership expects to grow the business using only a 50-year old product that's in its final phase of the product life cycle and has become the low-price alternative.
