- Fast paced and fun, lot‘s of growth, you can define your own destiny, accountability will be highly rewarded - by far the best product in the market, value is not just marketing here - you can still shape things, if you want to!

Cons

- not for people that can‘t handle change

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
