We are highly aware that interns and working students are an essential and impactful support for anyone at Celonis in all departments. They help us to keep the business going and fulfill internal and external customer needs and work on exciting projects. Pros
Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.
Cons
Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout.
There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
