FORGET ALL YOU HAVE READ THAT IS OLDER THAN 3 MONTHS New management who took over and transformed a very nice tech company into a normal IT company where it has become horrible to work for. KPIs management without thinking, career growth becoming impossible to go trough, promessed promotion cancelled, New Spanish hub to become a low cost call center, and the list could go on. Celonis has sold his soul to big Brother. It transformed itself from an amazing German Unicorn, fun and enthusiastic to work for to an horrible and stressful environment. NEW BONUS system designed to give less to all the sales people. (even with argument of being "generous", it is a lie, all inside sales now earn less so if you apply for sales at Celonis DO NOT BASE your expectation on what people were earning 6 month ago.)
