This pains me to write, but where do I start. The strategy of the company is ever changing and inconsistent. CRO is all over the place and erratic. They hired a 24 year Oracle vet to lead sales and it has completely destroyed the fantastic culture Celonis had. He came over and hired all white male leadership from Oracle and brought in out dated sales practices that don’t work in a modern sales culture. The compensation for sales professionals is laughable. The amount of equity they give to reps is absolutely unacceptable. The benefits are terrible, I had never paid more out of pocket for healthcare. Leadership is completely out of tune with the how negative the vibe is in sales and how many people are one foot out the door. There are some cracks in the solution itself that need to be resolved quickly, slightly fake it til you make it approach and customers are starting to see through it. It’s interesting that the 5 star reviews are flooding in after a slew of negative ones, seems like they are trying to bury the challenging but very realistic reviews. I no longer felt good about referring people in at the end of my tenure, and a lot of others feel the same.
