Hello - thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you recognize the investments and efforts we’re making in the great employee benefits we offer, including our parental 24 weeks of fully paid leave for the primary parent, & 12 weeks for the supporting parent. We encourage employees to go to the office to bring our Culture to life and enjoy the beautiful offices and local benefits we've worked hard to get to set you up for success. However, we have a flexible working-from-home policy that allows our employees to work from home in alignment with the needs of their teams. We are constantly collecting and reviewing feedback to ensure we meet our employee’s needs and improve our offerings that reflect the contributions of our Celonauts. Thank you for your contributions so far, we’re happy to have you along for the ride! Team Celonis

Hello Celonaut, Thank you for sharing your fantastic 5-star review of your experience as a Summernaut Intern in our Raleigh hub. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying our office amenities and finding our training frameworks and projects both highly valuable and engaging. Our student programs are designed around the belief that 'The Best Team Wins' when we empower our emerging talent with impactful, real-world responsibilities from day one. Your perspective that the role is appropriately challenging perfectly reflects our 'We Own It' mindset—embracing complex tasks with the energy and determination required to drive meaningful professional growth. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and fantastic contributions to Celonis during your internship. Regards, People and Culture Team

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
