We’re proud to be placed furthest on Completeness of Vision and highest on Ability to Execute, and it wouldn’t have been possible without our talented team of Celonauts. We understand your concerns regarding the clarity of direction, go-to-market messaging, and leadership. Our Leadership Team takes feedback very seriously. What we have noticed is that we still have work to do in communicating our strategic direction and what actions have been taken. We’re working to ensure employees are more aware of progress and initiatives that are available to them based on their direct feedback. We launched our first company-wide kickoff, where we invited all of our Celonauts to present them with our FY25 strategy and beyond.
