Pros

Very young and smart people. Good salary.

Cons

Dysfunctional company with very inexperienced Top management and management . Role is too broad and unclear making it hard to hire for the right competencies. Expectations on VEs are absolutely crazy with them needing to cover 10 roles in 1 without structured internal teams to get support on specific topics. Many unnecessary managerial lines and a lot of micromanagement. Lots of proofs of value even for very unqualified opportunities leading to VEs not being able to prioritize correctly based on actual soldity of opportunities.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
