Pros
No Micromanaging , you can get away with what you want to do on work hours.
Cons
Management is only available between the hours of 11am and 3pm, they prefer to take care of their personal business during work hours. Employees are negative and the environment is horrible. You have no chance of moving up and there are no pay raises unless you are a manager.
