Sorry you are not happy with the pay. We have increased our clinical salaries over 20% in last three years ie starting salaries .The pay is not as we would wish but as a nonprofit, and our budget is based on what we bill ie what clinicians bill. Thank you for your feedback We truly do wish we could pay more. We are limited with what we can do with clinical salaries in particular as we get a set income for services and all our staff are salary with benefits, which is not often true in the therapy world. Income is based on staff productivity so a few persons not doing their part really impacts the team's budget unfortunately , and all of those wonderful CEU opportunities cost money as well. CEO assistant has her schedule and anyone can schedule or walk in her office- feel free to disagree, that is fine but sometimes there are limitations to what can be done with the resources at hand
