Pros
The Center attracts solid talent. However, they don't last long.
Cons
Extremely high turnover rooted in poor organizational culture, lack of true programming and proof of performance, and a leadership team misaligned across values, priorities, and strategy. Employees are overworked, underemployed and under-compensated. There's also clear indicators of fear, cronyism, and a mismatch of public-facing mission, core context and goals, and what's happening internally. It's horrible.
