Pros

Centerstone is quickly becoming the top, non-profit behavioral health company in the nation. The services delivered by Centerstone clinicians are better than those of any company I've worked for or interacted with. If you have a strong desire to help people improve their lives, you are a good fit for Centerstone. I've been in several different roles for the company. Management truly cares for both employees and clients. Tons of opportunities in different types of work throughout TN and the other states where Centerstone has offices. A company on the rise for sure. I am still here for this and many other reasons. It is a company you feel good working for - it feels great.

Cons

Working for a non-profit healthcare company can mean having to adapt quickly to changes made to the healthcare system at the state and federal level. If you are quick on your feet and comfortable with minor to moderate changes to service delivery, you will do very well at Centerstone.
