good people to work with in clinics: friendly; client-oriented; ethical; good support from management on tough calls (disorderly clients, therapeutic decisions made with their input, etc.); good benefits; I've been with them since 1995 because I enjoy working with this company

Cons

Like any company, there is the occasional "pickle" to deal with.

Exceptional hiring and on-boarding practices; Provided equipment and an amazing training; Competitive pay and optional overtime; Regular professional development; Overall, I had such a positive experience.

Cons

Many of us were laid off after (government) funding was eliminated. The lay off process was not handled well.
