Pros

The office is near eateries. I met some nice people here.

Cons

I joined the company with so much excitement but later regret it. It’s difficult to speak for other offices but these are prevalent issues in Singapore office. 1) Lack of transparency: Transparency within the company is severely lacking, especially for non-managerial employees. Often, we're left in the dark about how our work contributes to the overall goals of the company, or benefits the clients. Information is only shared when explicitly requested, and even then, it’s not guaranteed that we will receive a response because the managers also don’t know. 2) Poor people management: The company’s approach to career growth and performance evaluation is unclear. There are no clearly defined KPIs or opportunities for individual development. Promotions seem to be based on the management’s personal preference rather than recognizing solid performance and hard work. 3) Unprofessional working process: Lack of proper documentation or meeting notes. Many important details and decisions are preferred to be communicated verbally, leading to confusion and a lack of accountability. 4) Client-centric focus: Unfortunately, the higher-ups prioritize client relationships and revenue generation above all else. They don’t show much interest in understanding or appreciating the work done by their own employees, contractors or freelancers directly involved with the clients. 5) Inequity in office policies: New employees are compelled to work from the office, while longer-term employees are granted the flexibility to choose their work location. This discrepancy creates a sense of unfairness among new hires. 6) Noisy office environment: Some individuals choose to join meetings from their desks with their microphones and speakers on, instead of utilizing designated meeting rooms. Sadly, it’s the leaders and managers who reflect this behavior. It does raises concerns about clients' confidentiality, and professionalism. 7) Immature leadership: The high leaders demonstrate immaturity both personally and professionally. Some foreign employees experience racism and critism on their language barrier. 8) Inadequate compensation and reimbursement: The salary offered initially may seem competitive, but that is all you get. There is no other benefits. Their reimbursement process for expenses is frustratingly slow. For example, it can take up to two months for a mere SGD 20 claim. 9) Poor work-life balance: You can expect to receive messages on WhatsApp requesting work or calls after working hours. .. There're more but this should be enough for your decision..

Pros

Hybrid role. Good work-life balance (no overtime). Nice coworkers and on-site management for the San Antonio location. On-site leadership actually cared for their employees and development, however, higher-ups will always have the last word. Great place to gain experience and open your eyes to bad corporate culture. Had exposure to a few different projects.

Cons

Low paying jobs. They will try to work you into the ground, compensation isn't worth it. The company relies heavily on contractors, only 5 people converted to full‑time over 1 year. The executives are sexist (yes, even in 2026). I observed gender‑biased behavior from senior leaders, if you are a woman, they will not listen to you and talk down on you. Limited transparency from leadership. Constant overnight layoffs. They fire 50% of the people every quarter. You will always be scared of losing your job [no stability at all]. They are always talking about more opportunities for growth but it's ALL LIES. Senior management and higher-ups are horrible people, they don't care about you as a person, they only care about money. I wouldn’t recommend working here to someone seeking long‑term growth or job security.
