Great people to work with.

Pay is not that great.

I love the people - chill place to work. Generally people are nice and helpful, honestly no big red flags. Recently went back to office 1-2 days a week compared to big banks 4-5 days so that is not a bad deal at all. Just no proper space in office to focus.

However, because it is a small company doing LOTS growing and trying to do the right thing...Means huge potential of burnout. Workload is high and key people do not have back-ups meaning scrambling when they are away without proper coverage.
