35hr work week, onsite gym, friendly coworkers, on site cafeteria, RRSP plan
Cons
very little career growth lots of lay offs have happened and will continue to happen. many good employees have been laid off. there is a build up of work, and not enough people to do it all. low job security very low pay compared to what other tech employers offer Central1 tells their employees they pay 50 percentile, but I don't believe that is the case. very skewed and unfair yearly bonus review. Executives get awarded somehow for terrible performance.
