      Contacts, networking, relationships with productions outside of the office.

      Cons

      Catastrophic management. Bad environment. Toxic coworkers. Unprofessionalism experts. The whole company needs lots of prayer because their actions and energy towards employees is disgusting. #prayforcentral

      Pros

      Often free food when you work on set. Overtime is fantastic with California acting law. Kinda fun to refresh the Facebook page to see casting calls, and guess what it’s for. For me, I was on set a few times and it made for some good stories.

      Cons

      Not as many jobs as you think are available unless you are older, especially a man. Makes sense though since the city is saturated by young people looking to “make it”. Most filming is during the week day and it can range from 4 hours to 12.
