      Stock options and long term pay.

      Cons

      Upper Management, specifically the Vice Presidents, don't care about the morale of the office. They have no empathy for the staff and view the staff as expendable. The turnover in the past 2 years is massive.

      Pros

      Often free food when you work on set. Overtime is fantastic with California acting law. Kinda fun to refresh the Facebook page to see casting calls, and guess what it’s for. For me, I was on set a few times and it made for some good stories.

      Cons

      Not as many jobs as you think are available unless you are older, especially a man. Makes sense though since the city is saturated by young people looking to “make it”. Most filming is during the week day and it can range from 4 hours to 12.
