Pros
Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and restaurant setting; almost overly lavish. State of the art building. Initially, there was creative freedom, but as time wore on, the inexperience of the owners took center stage and it went downhill quickly. Pay-scale was very good.
Cons
Ill treatment by owners of staff at all levels. Severe nepotism problems Arrogance of owners was beyond belief Inexperienced owners had very little concept of operating a successful restaurant
