In the beginning we were left to organize the company to meet standards - was good until upper management changed
Cons
No consideration for our status as a new company - wanted excellent customer service with no hours and other assignments that made no sense to do at the time (resets done multiple times, etc). Treated us like the "ugly stepchild" and found multiple ways to make sure we knew that they were better and that we were stupid.
