      1. Some projects are great

      1. Internal politics 2. Even after 10 years in business, as company they don't have proper guideline or structure for software development 3. No salary hikes. Working Saturday. Even you complete your tasks for client, they will ask what extra you are doing for CCTech. So, you will have additional responsibilities but when comes to salary hike, you have done nothing. 4. It's total chaos when comes to management.

      -They have a great ability to ruin people's careers. - In my experience, the company had a negative impact on my career growth

      Cons

      - False promises are made during the hiring process, and candidates are often recruited based on inaccurate information about client requirements. - The company appears to prioritize placing employees on client projects primarily to maximize billing rather than aligning roles with their skills and experience. They are violating labour law. - In my experience, the hiring process lacked transparency, and I felt misled about the nature of the role and opportunities.

      Interesting projects. Growth environment. Up to market standards salary. Highway touch location.

      Cons

      Bad experience with recruiter. No processes set. WFO 5 days a week with some exceptions.
