High Turnover Rate, Career advancement is super difficult no matter how much work you put in. Getting into the "Inner Circle" that is the safety committee is nearly impossible. Driving machinery is seen as a "Privilege" and not a necessity. It doesn't even come with a raise. No matter how many machines you drive. All you get is a pat in the back. Does not promote from within and doesn't post openings for employees to interview for. Does not have WMS system in place so lots of paperwork.
