The hours are reasonable. The pay is alright for what it is.

Shockingly bad management and business practices. Toxic company culture.

Joining Centrick as Procurement Manager has been a transformational experience. The role is highly strategic, allowing me to align procurement with the company’s broader goals. The culture is incredibly collaborative, with supportive colleagues and open communication across departments. I’ve had the freedom to bring innovative ideas to the table and shape processes that are truly impactful. Centrick encourages professional growth and values the contribution procurement makes to its success.
