The absolute worst culture - Anonymous employee Centro Global Solutions Employee Review

Not sure where to begin. Employees were bribed for good reviews on websites with gift cards. Terrible culture, so much gossip, pay was consistently incorrect. There were 4-5 pay periods in a row where everyone's pay was messed up, either off by $100 or more or was late. It was tough considering the starting pay is $12. Most employees live paycheck to paycheck and need their pay to be correct and on time. Benefits are around $275 a month to cover yourself, which is unaffordable for $12/hr.
