Pros
I had the pleasure of working at Centurion in various roles over my almost four year tenure. The dynamic nature of the firm makes it an exciting and fulfilling place to work. I fondly remember my interview process and the partners excitingly speaking of their plans for the firm – the goals that they outlined all those years ago have been met, and in many cases exceeded. They are on an extraordinary growth trajectory and continue to work both in and on their business. During my time at Centurion I developed great relationships with my colleagues, I am pleased to say I am still in contact with most of these former colleagues. The relationships at Centurion are the cornerstone of their business – the employee relationships and those with their clients. The value placed on care and support of both colleagues and clients are parallel to none. I respect Centurion and would gladly recommend the firm to future employees and clients alike.
Cons
The firm is rapidly growing, which entails change. If you are looking for a dynamic environment this is for you, if you are a change adverse individual keep in mind the firm's goals and growth plan.
