Pros
My experience so far has been incredible. I have had amazing mentors who help me at every opportunity. The first week was challenging but it's no different than a college level class. As long as you pass the test you will start earning commissions that following week! They have a great work life balance here, they want you to leave and enjoy your free time.
Cons
Passing the test is the hardest part but they give you extra study guides to help you pass. The only other con honestly is the early start but it's a lively group of awesome people to work with.
