This company is good for freshers, I will suggest newcomers to stay here for 1 year after that find new company

There is nothing new to learn, you have to do the same work, just imagine doing the same work for 1 year!! The seniors are here since ages why because it is their comfort zone and they cant leave this company as it is nepotism based. I would ask the management to post the company's infrastructure. (they won't, they will post picture of Pune location where there no one working) You will find snakes roaming around the parking area during monsoon.

Few people are good who are open to new ideas.

No creativity, Same old work style, no opportunites for young people to show there creativity.
