Pros
It was good to get some hands on IT experience again
The people that trained me are genuinely nice people that wanted me to succeed
The test they provided relied more on your practical skills rather than having to answer questions on a piece of paper
They offered plenty of opportunities for people wanting to start in IT/Wanting to refresh their knowledge
Got my DBS Clearance through them
Cons
I've been stuck in Limbo with them for two months (As of writing this review)
The work they did offer me was not very accessible and the duration didn't justify the distance
The methods they use to record jobs you have done come across as antiquated and inefficient (I don't know if that's for their work, or work you do if contracted out to another company)
They barely respond to your emails or phone calls. If they do, it's usually the same generic "We know you're wanting work and we're looking into it." I doesn't take two months, mate. Just get it done!
