      Easy work. Decent hours. Some nice people

      Everything. Horrible company. Supervisors are terrible and barely know what they’re doing. Expected to do everything with no wage increases or chances to move up

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in. Truly a service company. Working hard to help independent retailers succeed as continued obstacles come up for this industry.

      Cons

      The radius by which Certco fulfills is limited by their commitment to drivers. I’m not sure this is really a con, but it is a limiting factor for distribution growth, however the drivers LOVE being home with their families every night.
