      Pros

      Cetrom provides a flexible work environment that is fun, challenging, and rewarding. The company is going through an exciting growth period, but we're not biting off more than we can chew. I value our CEO's commitment to not growing too fast to where it affects our staff or our customers. And there are many growth opportunities within the company. Our leadership believes in promoting within and cultivating skillsets. Although we are 100% remote, our team makes a point to encourage engagement across the team through daily meetings. Additionally, we meet in person every year for an all-expense paid weekend trip. Cetrom is a great place to work.

      Cons

      As we are a 24/7 operation and spread out across the US, this does make it difficult to get together in person for a happy hour, company picnic, or retreat, but we do make it a point to get together in person at least once a year.

      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility in terms of your work schedule as well as your position. The management team does a great job of leveraging employee strengths and molding new positions to fit voids. The company is growing so there is a lot of room for advancement. Good humor and fun environment.

      Cons

      Would be nice to do more team building exercises so we can learn more about each other. Cetrom does a quarterly training session where we all get together to both train and then have some fun at the end of the day. Wish we could do more of this but I know it's difficult in terms of our 24x7 support schedule.

Yes, it can be tough sometimes to hold team building exercises with our 24/7/365 support schedule but we are currently looking into additional group activities we can do throughout the year.
