Relaxed atmosphere, great coworkers, fun work, and an awesome product (in the last few months - the iphone app).
Cons
If you manage to work for ChaCha for longer than a year, it would be a miracle. The company has layoffs pretty much every few months, most recently involving laying off over half of its workforce. They would often hire teams of people only to get rid of them a few months later when they decided that area of the business wasn't going the way they imagined -- which happened a lot, because they entirely lacked foresight and had a "try it for a few days, bail if it fails" mentality about the entire company's proceedings. Very little time was taken to plan things out in advance, and projects were not given suitable time to be successful. Additionally, a toxic work environment brought on by family members of certain executives made for an uncomfortable situation for just about everyone. Don't work there, and don't get too involved with the people in the highest executive roles at the company -- and especially their families.
