Fully remote. After 3 months they give you some money for one-time office expenses.
Cons
Backstabbing culture. Beware. Happy face matters more than work. They constantly ask you "How are you feeling?" rather than about the work because apparently feeling (or appearing to feel) happy at all times is what matters here.
