Cons
1. Salaries are not paid on time, sometimes have to wait until the 20th of a month to get the salary from previous month. 2. Too tight deadlines, hampers work life balance. Sometimes it gets impossible to meet deadlines without working overtime. 3. No extra pay for working overtime or handling critical alarms outside of office hours. 4. Very poor HR policies: no government holidays, fine for late attendance etc. 5. No job security, can be fired without any prior warning or chance to improve. 6. CTO is biased towards some foreign engineers.
