      Pros

      Plenty of people to share the misery of lousy leadership in Pontiac.

      Cons

      Long unpaid weekend hours. Leadership that doesn't understand the parts we assembly, and the work cells those parts are built in. PM treats everyone as no-nothings and do-nothings. Corporate expects everyone to use personal cell phones for business, without compensation.

      Pros

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
