      The opportunity to make changes is plethora, making a real difference is always exciting to be apart of. I enjoy the people I work with and my leaders are very open-minded.

      Cons

      There seems to be slight difficulty on improving/enhancing culture as things are a bit outdated -- but persistence will see things changed!

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
