      I believe from what I have seen through this hiring process. That the company truly cares about. All the employees of Challenge Manufacturing. And all involved have truly worked as a team. And have been truly eager to help. With any minor hickups along the way.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
