A tough place to be happy - Anonymous employee Challenge Manufacturing Employee Review

I felt that I was asked to do things that were HIGHLY morally questionable (and some things that, to me, are downright unethical) simply for the sake of the “profit at any cost” mentality. In my opinion the company did not seem to care about building lasting partnerships - internally or externally - just doing whatever would benefit leadership in the short term. Furthermore, some executives are absolutely reprehensible in the way they talk and treat other people - it wasn’t a very positive work atmosphere in my experience.
