Pros

Good people and benefits. Opportunities within the company, but mainly due to turnover.

Cons

Extremely top-heavy. Executive management creates chaotic and uncomfortable work environment. Work load is heavy, which isn't a problem most places, but the lack of support wears down your spirit. Tough place to work for.

Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
