Challenge Manufacturing - Tool Crib Attendant Challenge Manufacturing Employee Review

I would have to say that it gets somewhat confusing on what is actually going on at the facility at times. It seems that some supervisots are left out of the loop of what is going on at times, ie., when there was going to be the shut down for the 4th of July week. We weren’t made aware until the weekend of the shutdown. It is like the supervisors do not always get the information passed to them, to tell the other employees what is going on.
