      Just nice you get 80 hours of pto after 90 days

      Cons

      No vacation paid time off not sick paid time off. Make you work 7 days and neglect your kids won’t comprise with anything. Won’t offer OT very unorganized place.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
