Pros
Chandler specializes in carpentry and millwork to build retail displays. They have a diverse portfolio of well known brands and one of the highest rated design teams in the industry. There are a number of skilled and highly experienced carpenters who are willing to share their knowledge.
Chandler is locally owned and the executive team and owner are approachable and will at least hear what employees have to say.
There is a culture of being able to take on just about anything, even if the projects are extremely complex or expand outside of the realm of millwork. Because of this, many clients depend on Chandler to make difficult problems go away.
Access to a lot of well known brands is a great resume builder (Williams Sonoma, Home Depot, Dyson, Apple, Target, Google, Fan Duel...).
Chandler is a good place to develop skills and get your feet wet.
Cons
There is a history of high turnover near the top that can result in constant changes. Nobody is secure in their job and unexpected notifications of termination happen regularly.
A pervasive culture of grit and "whatever it takes to get the job done" translates to expectations that employees will work long hours, through non-traditional hours, and often with extremely tight deadlines.
Managing workload capacity has been an issue in the past and has lead to rapid burnout and resignation
