Pros
A lot of the staff were great, interesting clients
Cons
Management was awful and very uninvolved despite it being such a small company and office. Extremely long work days, unbalanced work load (some times I would have 1 client, other times I would have 5 or more projects at once), a lot of travel, below average pay. While I was there, there was extreme turnover and many employees were very unhappy. Some people move up the ranks quickly but most do not.
