      Pros

      Fantastic onboarding process and great training over the first few weeks to make you feel comfortable before fully transitioning into your role. Everyone is so kind and helpful and live by the company’s values. I’ve been made to feel so welcome during my first few months.

      Pros

      Channel Bakers is at the forefront of Amazon Advertising and all retail media sectors. They are a company large enough to have a strong internal structure and training while still feeling like a small community. Input and new ideas are always welcome, and often implemented. Can not find a better balance of enterprise business with such a focus on tight knit collaboration.

      Our training and experience is so strong that a lot of team members end up leaving and joining Fortune 500 companies
