Pros
When I started in 2014 the culture was supportive, compassionate, and like family but in 2024, they switched leadership after massive expansion. It quickly deteriorated into selfishness, favorites, and play the Corp game or be gone.
Cons
The new regime was clueless to the actual workforce. Zero communication, very little support, budgeting cuts caused shortages in staffing, no accountability, and it became very hostile place to work.
