Late PR approvals regularly delayed my work. I received very little guidance from senior engineers in understanding the codebase and code flow. I often had to ping multiple people repeatedly to get a response, and sometimes received no response at all. My manager frequently did not respond to my messages or review/merge my PRs in a timely manner. Despite these delays being outside my control, I was blamed for tickets not being closed on time. The lack of communication and support made it difficult to complete my work efficiently. Overall, my experience at Chargebee was mentally exhausting and frustrating. I felt there was pressure on employees to resign, and those who did not were sometimes placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), which, from what I observed, often resulted in termination
